By accessing and using wearcosmostyle.com (“the Site”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.
2. Products & Descriptions
We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your monitor settings and lighting conditions. Costume sizes follow our Size Guide; slight variations (1-3 cm) may occur due to manual measurement and handcrafting.
All costumes are originally designed and are not licensed merchandise. They are inspired by popular culture but are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any anime, game, film, or television franchise.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is binding.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and PayPal.
- Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. Your card is charged at the time of order placement.
4. Orders
By placing an order, you agree that:
- All information provided is accurate and complete.
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud.
- Custom-made and personalized costumes cannot be cancelled once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation).
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Processing times vary by product (see individual product pages). Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for non-custom items, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom-made costumes are non-returnable unless defective.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of CosmoStyle or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
CosmoStyle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or Site. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international trade laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
